John P. Kehoe - Founder and President
John Kehoe is the founder and owner of Trinity Direct having formed the company in April of 1997. Previous to that, Mr. Kehoe served as Director of Brokerage and List Management for Database America. Prior to that, John was Vice President of the fundraising division at the Walter Karl Companies. He has over 30 years experience working for nonprofits that include the Food for the Poor, Dominican Sisters of Hope and Archdiocese for The Military Services. He has been a featured guest speaker at many fundraising and marketing conferences including the Direct Marketing Association, National Catholic Development Conference (NCDC), and the Association of Fund Raising Professionals (AFP), both international and regional. He has been an honored lecturer at New York University, Kean College and Seton Hall University.
John works closely with the entire staff ensuring that list selection complements the client's package and are on target to yield the most responsive results. He guides the management process to protect the client's needs and oversees the eservices initiatives, optimizing the success of any given mailing.
John's successful approach to the multi-channel approach to list acquisition and retention lie within client relationships. He puts their needs at the forefront on any initiative they undertake, taking the role of mentor, advisor, marketing partner or anything they need, to ensure that their goals can be realized and achieved. John honestly feels that the success of Trinity Direct's clients translates to the success of Trinity Direct.
Dina Fanelli - Co-Founder and Senior Vice President
Prior to founding Trinity Direct, Dina was a Senior Account Executive at Database America Companies. She has over 20 years of experience in the direct mail industry and has been a guest speaker at many trade shows and marketing conferences, including the National Catholic Development Conference and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Dina's knowledge of the list market is extensive. Her specialty is in niche markets such as zoos, libraries, and animal welfare agencies. Ms. Fanelli also has an impressive background in Hispanic marketing as well.
She is currently working to bring innovative techniques and tools such as email marketing, modeling, profiling and segmentation into the non-profit arena, and to her clients such as Oblate Missions, Salvation Army and Rescue Missions.
Alicia Abels - Vice President, List Brokerage Division
Alicia has been a valued team member of Trinity Direct since 1999. She has since become Trinity's List Acquisition Specialist, working on client services, including results analysis and targeted list selection. She has been entrusted with many of Trinity's esteemed clients who rely on her expertise. Alicia's strong knowledge and understanding of the non-profit market ranges from faith-based organizations, such as Aid to the Church in Need, Cardinal Newman Society and Catholic Charities, to childrens welfare and social service organizations, such as Childrens Miracle Network, Human Life International, American Humane, PAWS and over twenty regional blind associations and hospitals. Through Alicia's guidance, her clients' acquisition programs have prospered and generated more profitable results. Alicia participates in many industry events, such as the Association of Fundraising Professionals Fund Raising Day in New York and the National Catholic Development Conference.
Bob Stein - Vice President, List Management
Bob has 24 years of experience in the Direct Marketing industry, having joined Trinity Direct as Vice President of List Management. Prior to joining Trinity, Bob worked for several catalog and publishing oriented list firms. Bob was instrumental in starting up a fundraising division at MOKRYNSKIdirect, and was successful in introducing out-of-category usage to their lists, directly increasing his fundraising and consumer files bottom line profits. Among Bob's list management clients are such organizations as Food For The Poor, St Anthony Messenger, Sophia Press, TAN Books, The Printery House and Catholic Exchange.
Bob has written several articles for DM News and has spoken at the Annual Catalog Conference and DMA Annual Fall Conference and Exhibition.
Bobs dedication, relationships, aggressive sales efforts and expertise have become a valuable asset to Trinity Direct and their clients.
Katherine Benazet - Vice President, List Brokerage Division
Katherine Benazet is a list brokerage veteran of over 20 years, having spent her last 7 1/2 years at Trinity Direct. Her extensive knowledge of direct mail has contributed to the highly successful servicing of her non-profit clients. Presently working with many diverse non profits, including St Jude Shrine, Food For The Poor, Catholic Bishops of Northern Alaska, Dominican Sisters of Hope, Catholic World Mission, Legion of Christ, KNOM Catholic Radio, Native American Rights Fund, World Emergency Relief, Native American Emergency Relief, Oblates St Francis de Sales and Poor Clares. Katherine effectively contributes to the addition of new donors, retaining existing donors and maximizing the long-term value of these donors. She focuses on comprehensive list research and response analysis, as well as merge purge strategies to optimize the high level of service provided.
Pete Brent - Vice President, Computer Services
Pete Brent has been with Trinity Information Systems since its founding. He is responsible for all development and the running of Direct Marketing software used by Trinity Direct on a daily basis. Pete began his career with Database America Companies which has recently evolved into The InfoGroup. He has 15 years of experience in direct marketing computer services, most of which has been with Trinity Direct. His programming background includes such languages as COBOL and Assembler. His responsibilities include all aspects of client services, ranging from file conversion to merge purges. Ultimately, he became the supervisor for the computer production group, servicing a large number of Trinity Directs accounts. Some of the clients currently being serviced by Pete include Passionists Missions, Archdiocese of Military Services, The Salvation Army and various Animal Rescue Missions. Among his accomplishments at Trinity Direct include the development and implementation of a number of customized programs specifically designed for the Direct Mail Community.
Sean Kehoe - Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Sean Kehoe has been with Trinity Direct for over 5 years, heading up all corporate sales. In his new position, Sean will continue to service and expand Trinity Directs brokerage, management and data processing family of clients. He has been instrumental in the start-up of Trinity Directs email division and will add a new dimension of service and marketing strategy to both existing clients and future prospects. He will help clients fully recognize their potential needs and make sure that their targeted results are achieved by recommending all services and strategies provided by Trinity Direct.
